- Parkhurst Dining, part of the Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is a family owned, family run company that provides culinary, dining and catering services to over 80 organizations and universities east of the Mississippi.
- This individual is responsible for budget development and compliance, revenue innovation, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, preparation and service of food, and department staffing.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSClient, Customer and Guest Relations:Proactively addresses customer and client needs to enhance satisfaction and retention; responds to client and customer needs in a timely manner.
- Coordinates dining services with other departments and develops positive relationships.
- Qualifications:Seven years of professional experience with three or more years of experience in a leadership position in food service management, preferably within the higher education and/or business dining environment.
