- The position requires litigating employment law cases before administrative forums, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), the Office of Special Counsel (OSC), neutral arbitrators, and in federal court in conjunction with the Department of Justice (DOJ).
- Experience conducting complex legal research and analysis and drafting memoranda and presenting results to senior officials in a clear, precise, and persuasive manner.
