- Act as a customer service ambassador in all departments to achieve business goals while fostering an environment that produces high levels of customer satisfaction and associate morale.
- Duties may include:•Greet each customer and uses his or her name whenever possible•Identify customers needing assistance and offers to take the customer’s order to their car•Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and cart corrals utilizing the tether strap per standard practice•Report any register or FL2GO equipment malfunction to the Customer Service Manager or MOD•Performs all other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred
- Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar accrediting organization as a “Certified Food Safety Manager” or will be required to attend company provided training and have the ability to achieve accreditation within the first 90 days of employment; Accreditation must be maintained while employed in a position requiring accreditationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to push or pull up 75 pounds on occasion and up to 2000 pounds using a pallet jack or float
