- The Front Office/Guest Relations Department includes Front Desk and Customer Service responsibilities.
- Members are responsible for the day-to-day and long-term campground guests, which includes but is not limited to reservations, inquiries, check-ins and checkouts, and provides exceptional customer service.
- They also ensure that guests needs are tended to in an efficient and professional manner PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include but are not limited to: Maintain and operate the online booking system and train others as requested by management.
- Keep a clean and orderly front office/reservations/retail area.
