- Consults with: Shift Leader, Head Track Official, Facilities Manager, Track Officials, Front Counter Staff, Event Coordinator, Event Manager, Front Counter Manager
- Communicate with next shifts coworkers at end of first shift, to make sure they have all the information they need regarding walk-ins, events, laundry in order to have a productive and successful shift.
- Communicate with General Manager and Facilities manager when something breaks
- Ensure that there are clean head socks for the track, clean bar towels for closing, receipt paper and other essentials on hand at the front.
- Keep up with laundry – suits, head socks, bar towels, table cloths and face cloths (in season)
