- We are looking for a competent researcher in the field of real estate management for our asset recovery department.
- Skip tracing of property ownership is a large part of the opportunity as states and county doesn't provide this information for us to reach out to the owner of properties with equity and surplus after tax foreclosure sale.
- Tax liens and tax deeds are also a part of this opportunity.
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the cause of helping those in financial trouble, and be a good researcher for missing contact information related to former ownership of property.
- He/She will be a skilled skip tracer that can understand the training provided and created by our department.
