- Maintain participant food intake reports and diets as prescribed by medical staff or as indicated in client records
- Monitor food service equipment and report any failure or performance disruptions (refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer)
- Wash, clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment
- Report any food service issues to ICC Administrator or Direct Care Supervisor
- Documentation/Record Keeping /Daily Food Checklist
