- The Food Safety and Quality Manager will develop and oversee programs, policies, and procedures for a tree nut processing operation.
- Develop, implement and enforce food safety, quality, food security and sanitation programs, policies, procedures including successful completion of regulatory audits, GFSI and other third-party audits.
- Liaison to FDA, USDA or any other local regulatory body.
- Oversee general sanitary operations of facility and exterior grounds through management of Pest Control Company
- A minimum of 5 years of food safety and quality experience, with management level experience in USDA, DFA and/or FDA.
