- Provides direct and active supervision for Steakhouse, EDR, Grill, Beverage, Bingo Snack Bar, and Buffet staff including but not limited to training, development, coaching, documentation and work observation.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Steakhouse, Team Member Dining Room, Embers, Buffet, Bingo Snack Bar, Coffee Bar, Swing Suites, Cabana and all Beverage services on assigned shift.
- Communicates variances from established standards to the Executive Chef and/or Buffet Manager
- Performs the duties of a Cook, Food Server, Beverage Server, Cashier/Host, Server Assistant, Barback or Bartender as needed to include Banquet functions
