- We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who is as technically adept as they are customer focused.
- Develop a deep understanding of our software to provide educational support and technical guidance related to FinOps which could encompass cloud data from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, VMware, and Kubernetes.
- Act as an ambassador for DigitalEx, continuously driving value and identifying strategies for customer success.
- Strong aptitude with FinOps and public cloud fundamentals including AWS, Azure, OCI or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a field related to customer success, technical support, or account management.
