- Job SummaryReporting to and under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Aid (Director), and with additional lead work direction of the State Programs and Processing Coordinator, the Financial Aid Representative acts as part of the Financial Aid processing and advising team and performs moderately complex professional student services work and is responsible for all phases of financial aid application processing.
- This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave.
- Sonoma State University is also a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) Employer.
