- Responds to calls assigned by the Dispute Resolution Team/DRP Field Advisor II and investigates employee concerns that arise at the jobsite.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws Educates employees on policies, procedures, and practices, providing confidential consultations and coordinates with the Dispute Resolution Team in offering options for conflict resolution such as a Resolution Conference or Internal Review Panel.
- Prepares documents, reports, and correspondence and identifies patterns and problem areas and makes recommendations to the Dispute Resolution Field Coordinator Lead on areas for improvement.
