- The Facilities Project Manager oversees the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of operational and capital projects in support of the growth and development of the Performing Arts Center Authority's (PACA) Facility Department needs.
- In addition, the Project Manager will operate the Building Management System (BMS) ensuring environmental comfort for patrons, visitors and staff.
- Assist the Director of Facilities in the handling of general administrative tasks, creating documents, and conducting research on various topics.
- Support other all senior managers/directors as needed on various projects as assigned by the Director of Facilities.
- Schedule BMS System utilizing EventBooking.
