- Manage day to day operations in relation to the building and premises to include but not all inclusive; security, vending services, snow removal, janitorial services, landscaping, pest control, waste disposal, etc.
- This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- 5 years of experience is required in Equipment Reliability including TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
- Related qualifications such as project management, business management, construction management, and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is also highly desirable.
- Strong background in Condition Based Monitoring, including Ultrasound, Infrared, Oil Analysis, Motor Circuit Analysis, and Vibration Analysis is also highly desirable.
