- THE JOB We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Facilities Manager role at the PNC Music Pavilion.
- This position exercises overall responsibility for facility maintenance, physical plant and the management of facilities part-time staff and all vendors.
- This is role is a part time season role and will be reporting to the Operations Manager of the venue.
- WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Responsible for managing all aspects of facility maintenance, including but not limited to, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, and general repairsContinuously identifies areas of the venue that may need repairs Carry out maintenance tasks throughout the venue assigned by the operations managerCoordinate with 3rd party vendors to coordinate larger maintenance projects and repairsWork with vendors to provide accurate maintenance quotes for projects and repairs
- Minimum of two years’ experience as Facilities Manager in a comparable venue Ability to perform general maintenance tasks such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing etc.
