- Job DescriptionFacilities Maintenance leader POSITION REPORTS TO: Church Business Administrator POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Maintenance Leader will be responsible for the timely management and maintenance of all the organization’s facilities, including all the facilities equipment.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: After review by and consultation with appropriate leadership, schedules and supervises all work performed by third-party professionals and vendors related to repair, maintenance, snow removal, lawn & sprinkler care, and cleaning.
- Works with the Buildings and Maintenance Team, and architects, contractors, and administrative staff (Senior Pastor, Business Manager, etc.)
- Watches parking lots for parking violations.
- Must have a universal refrigeration card and an understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural systems with the ability to quickly analyze and repair or enlist the help of qualified professionals.
