- Assist in close out of construction for new offices gathering final invoicing, waivers, permit/CSD in file, record products for preventive maintenance.
- Create Purchase Order requisitions or approval, log in purchase orders for budgeting and tracking of invoices.
- Knowledge of CAD, floor plans, office furniture systems and specifying furniture systems.
