- We are looking for a Lead Experience Designer to join PNC Bank and our Online Banking team.
- As a Lead Designer in the customer settings and preferences space, you’ll be aligned with product and development crews in an agile framework, to create and enhance our customer experiences.
- Leads and guides the discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative and quantitative research.
- Leads others to execute visual, information, interaction and service design elements of the initiative that meets business and customer needs and delights customers.
