- We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef for Georgia Tech, located in Atlanta, GA to oversee the Premium Suites and Clubs operations at Bobby Dodd Stadium (Football), Zelnak Center (Basketball), Russ Chandler Stadium (Baseball), and the Student Athletics Training Table.
- The Executive Chef would oversee all culinary aspects including menu development, day to day operations, employee development, budget management, and kitchen management.
- Be a leader in the planning and execution of event menus for football, basketball, baseball, and the Student Training TableFootball oversees 77 suites, 4 clubs, bars, and 2 premium concessionsBaseball oversees 8 suites and 1 club area Basketball oversees 1 large club areaStudent Training table runs daily with 2 meal periods
- Maintains proper inventory levels of needed paper goods and food items through working with the Executive Chef and Purchasing Manager.
