- Parkhurst Dining, part of the Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is a family owned, family run company that provides culinary, dining and catering services to over 80 organizations and universities east of the Mississippi.
- This role leads the culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving, menu development, catering oversight, etc.
- The executive chef is the owner of the culinary cost controls and P&L accountability.
- The executive chef oversees supervision of team members and is responsible for menu communications, training in proper methods of food production, service and food presentation techniques, and portion control.
- Twelve or more years of professional experience with eight or more years in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in higher education and/or business dining setting.
