- Outreach to local businesses with food samples and Events information Liaison with venue management to ensure proper Events execution during Events order Participate in the organization of in-house promotional events.
- Research markets to identify opportunities for Events (Cold Calls) Maintain fiscal responsibility for budgeted goals.
- Administrative Responsibilities (including but not limited too) Close out month end books, first overview: ensure all Events orders are rung in, revenues are allocated correctly.
- Coordinate and assist Director of Events with all sales calls and website inquiries.
- Submit Weekly Events Sales Report which include: previous week’s revenue, forecasted revenue for the upcoming week, forecasted revenue for the upcoming month, month to date revenue, year to date revenue, new business strategy and initiatives, sales efforts, cold calls, hosted on premise events and attended off premise Events events Book Events orders for assigned locations.
