What You'll Do <ul><li>Implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. </li><li>Act as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent to effectively negotiate the business terms and conditions. </li><li>Coordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker. This includes negotiating leases and lease amendments, monitoring lease expirations, and negotiating lease renewals. </li><li>Locate and acquire new properties to meet the client's requirements and timeline. </li><li>Disposition of surplus space through subleasing, sales, early lease terminations, etc. </li><li>Understand how to review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates. </li><li>Closely track transaction and project activity. Record all savings results achieved. Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties. </li><li>Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion; prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties. </li><li>Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. </li><li>Knowledge or experience with EV Charging Solutions is a plus. </li><li>Real Estate salesperson license required. </li><li>Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. </li><li>Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. </li><li>Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach. </li><li>Sophisticated math skills.
