- Description Job Title ServiceNow Sr Admin (5-8 Years) Must Have Experience ·5+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow administration ·Ability to demonstrate and lead on defining ITSM best practices, testing & migration approach.
- Experience with Release planning, release governance , production readiness review ·Familiar with administration of Custom Codes ·Hands on experience in leading at least 2 ServiceNow upgrades, establishing best practices.
- Hands on experience with Performance Analytics ·Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server ·Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management ·Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation ·Experience in the Agile Software Development Cycle Good to have Experience ·Worked on CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping ·Experience in working on Performance Analytics ·Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM. ·Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- Academic and Professional Experience Professional ·5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration required.
