- Job Description Job Description The role of the Desktop Support Equipment & Logistics Coordinator (DSELC) is multifaceted.
- This employee has to ensure that all the equipment in Lenexa is accounted for and in working conditions, that all asset management processes are being followed and logistics of getting equipment to staff WAH (working from home) are met.
- The DSEL identifies the issues and reports it to the Desktop Support Manager for action.
- WAHC works closely with both Desktop Support Techs and Desktop Support Manager in the completion of duties.
- Work with the Desktop Support Manager to identify the amount of existing equipment and new equipment needs for new hires.
