- A plaintiff’slaw firm looking for an Employment Law Attorney to join their team.
- The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of a case, from pre-litigation to discovery, deposition, trial, or settlement.
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Labor and Employment Law, including class action claims, PAGA actions, Wage and Hour claims, FEHA violations, discrimination, and harassment claims.
- Familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe Pro, and other legal technology
- Prepare and formulate strategy for the case; draft litigation pleadings; propound and respond to written discovery attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related meetings; try cases to completion; and settle cases as appropriate.
