- Our client, a diversified financial services company providing banking and investing services, is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist for a 4+ month contract role located in downtown Jacksonville, FL.
- The Employee Relations Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for carrying out various Employee Relations functions, including employee and management consultation, complaint investigation, conflict resolution and the preparation and delivery of reports and recommendations.
- Key Responsibilities and Duties Serves as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to managers in handling performance.
- Leads workplace investigations and resolves a range of employee relations concerns, including workplace conflicts, grievances, harassment, discrimination and/or retaliation complaints, and other violations of work rules.
- Manages the employee relations case management system to review and track case progress, conducts investigatory interviews while ensuring compliance with company policy as well as legal requirements, collects and analyzes relevant evidence, writes investigation summaries, and delivers debriefs with relevant individuals.
