- Reporting to the Total Rewards Director, this position manages the healthcare program operations and supervises the employee health staff.
- Monitors organizational Employee Health policy, procedure, processes and practice to ensure compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
- Coordinates and ensure proper communication regarding health promotion programs and disease prevention activities, physical fitness programs and occupational health programs.
- e.g. stress management, weight loss education/dietitian referral, ergonomic assessments, wellness library).
- If the use of arm and/or leg control requires exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker sits most of the time, the job is considered light work.
