- Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.
- Coordinate and execute on-site employee engagement events at the RSC such as Leadership Team Coffee Chats and monthly celebrations (i.e. "Together Events"), in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Facilities, Brand Communications, and external vendors as necessary.
- Conduct research and benchmarking analysis, including monitoring and reporting on Employee Experience topics, to identify best practices and make recommendations for solutions that support engagement.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to produce regular internal communications that promote RBI's Employee Experience initiatives, programming, events and progress.
