- Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Director of Employee Benefits Total Rewards based on the experience level of the candidate.
- The Senior Manager / Director of Employee Benefits / Total Rewards will be responsible for development of implementation, standardization of policy and procedures for all things Benefits related.
- Provide leadership across all employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), Life Insurance and Disability, Workers Compensation and all other related areas.
- Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA)
- Direct experience working in a HR role focused on Benefits (COBRA, FMA, 401K, Short and Long Term Disability, etc)
