- Your large group Employee Benefits experience at a retail insurance brokerage, California Life & Health license, ability to meet clients face to face and be the lead quarterback on key accounts in the Southern, CA and surrounding regions, are the keys to landing this new work from home AE/Benefits Consultant role.
- This role works in tandem with 2 high producing Sales Executives.
- This is an ideal role for a Life & Health licensed retail agency Benefits AE or Consultant who has a producer’s mindset who wants a salaried consultative client-facing retail brokerage role without the stress of sales quotas.
- The brokerage uses SalesForce and Ease/Navigator as well as other in-house benefits administration tools.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients; Act as the subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits and vendor/carrier products and services.
