- Complete request for proposals (RFP) paperwork to distribute to the marketplace; process includes preparing RFP's for renewing clients and prospects in the areas of group life, health, disability, wellness, EAP, AD&D and other group benefit products as available and in accordance with state and federal regulations utilizing database, word processor and spreadsheets.
- Communicate case status with Producer, Administrative Assistant(s), Marketing Assistant(s), Account Manager(s) and Clients.
- Attend continuing education courses and miscellaneous seminars towards obtaining HIA and/or CEBS and/or MHP. Travel to prospect and client location as required for sales calls, enrollment meetings, policy/contract delivery, problem resolution, and goodwill.
