EEG Technician Night Shift - Hiring Incentive

- The experienced Electroencephalographic (EEG) Technician I completes EEG studies in the inpatient Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and in the outpatient Sleep Electroencephalographic (EEG) Clinic.
- Qualified applicants must be enrolled in or have graduated from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) accredited Neurodiagnostic Technologist (NDT) program.
- Qualified applicants must have one (1) year of clinical experience performing EEG technician duties required.
- Complete Electroencephalographic (EEG) studies including but not limited to; equipment set-up for Continuous Electroencephalographic (cEEG) monitoring recordings; application of scalp electrodes utilizing the International 10-20 (or 10-10) system of electrode placement; and the application of collodion or paste adhesives.
- In addition to the inpatient medical team, collaborate with the Nursing, Child Life, and Behavioral Psychology departments to develop, implement, and monitor medical procedures for the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) patients.
