- Summary : With support of the Early Childhood Education/PBIS/Inclusion Manager, lead the Early Childhood Education (ECE) program of Community Progress Council through direct supervision, coaching and management of ECE classrooms and teaching teams.
- Assist in designing and implementing an annual training plan for education personnel that is integrated with all service areas and is reflective of both annual EHS/HS/Pre-K Counts and DHS required trainings as well as needs identified from classroom observations/home visits, child outcomes data, the CPC ECE program plan, or other sources for all staff.
- Actively participate in the Education, PBIS and Inclusion Manager's team and other agency or community task forces, advisory committees, and work groups to assist in developing, implementing, and fulfilling the goals and strategic plans of CPC ECE.
- Act as a liaison between assigned classroom staff, the Education Manager and other CPC ECE leadership, outside agency support staff, building facility staff at classroom sites, etc.
- EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Human Services, or a related field plus three years related work experience.
