- Overseeing the HR Manager in placing advertising in appropriate newspapers including but not limited to local papers, Hispanic Newspapers, and Church bulletins.
- Overseeing the HR Manager in placing radio advertising and creating and distributing recruiting flyers.
- Works with payroll specialist to compile turnover information and issues monthly reports by department and by total hotel on turnover reasons and timing.
- Communicates computer needs to the hotel’s Systems Manager.
