- Full-Time Position Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English) Harbor House is seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to serve as a consultant for child welfare staff and community partners to enhance survivor and child safety while holding batterers accountable in domestic violence cases.
- The Domestic Violence Child Welfare Advocate will be co-located with a Department of Children and Families (DCF) Child Protective Investigations (CPI) Units that oversees Orange County child welfare cases.
- Education and Training: M inimum of an undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.
- Professional experience may be substituted for formal education at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.
- This position requires knowledge of intimate partner violence, DCF, child protective investigations, and the dependency court process.
