- St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco's mission is to offer hope and service, on a direct person to person basis, working to break the cycles of homelessness and domestic violence SUMMARY:The Bilingual Domestic Violence Case Manager for the Rosalie House emergency DV shelter provides a full range of direct services to survivors of domestic violence in our confidential shelter.
- This position will work with other Domestic Violence Case Managers, when client issues arise, to mediate and resolve challenges with shelter clients, utilizing a trauma-informed lens.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt, union position working 40 hours per week SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Provide voluntary and confidential client services, as needed to empower survivors and meet program goals, including but not limited to:Provide culturally appropriate advocacy, case management, and supportive/crisis peer counseling services for a caseload of domestic violence survivors and their families using trauma-informed practices.
