- Increase sales volume through direct sales efforts and by assisting outside sales personnel.
- Participate in selecting high-quality representatives throughout the recruiting processExhibit ongoing effectiveness in coaching staff to project XL Parts Value statementMeet and/or exceed established sales goalsKnow, comply with and enforce applicable corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Requirements: 4-year degree preferred but not necessaryKnowledge of auto parts or automotive industry preferredExcellent Communication and Influencing SkillsMinimum 3-5 years experience in direct sales, or operations management in a business–to–business environment.
- Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements: A typical day includes driving with frequent stops and utilizing an iPad for Call Reports.
