Overview: District Operations Manager SPAR is looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of District Operations Manager. District managers are responsible for managing the daily operations of a district, including budget management, planning the use of materials and human resources, customer service, operational efficiency, and safety programs. Having experience in big box retail, project scheduling, phase plan capability will be a tremendous benefit as you take on your new role as SPARs District Operations Manager.
