- The Distribution Center Assistant Manager organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the operations function of the distribution center.
- Responsible for the performance of all department functions of receiving, order filling and packing, returns, logistics and QA. Oversee personnel in the warehouse in order to facilitate timely and accurate shipping and receiving of merchandise.
- Lead and develop team members through one-on-one interaction and coaching, consistently model the behaviors and is an enthusiastic leader.
- Plans, implements, and monitors the day-to-day operations for receiving, processing, picking, packing and all other warehouse activities.
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS< both domestic and international.
