- leader will be supporting our DCBMO Transformation initiatives, the selected candidate will leverage their business and technology vantage point to ensure better connectivity across the enterprise, to lead a portfolio of work dedicated to Disputes, Furnishings and Consumption roadmaps to an industry leading environment, in addition to evolving the Target Operating Model for the group.
- Serve as member of senior management within the Portfolio Delivery group, providing expertise regarding strategy, operations/financial management and building organizational effectiveness/performance, while leading Agile transformation for the business area.
- Agile knowledge and comfort to lead the agile transformation for the portfolio
- Experience directly and indirectly leading onshore and offshore teams to high performance
- Strong understanding of multiple consumer lines of business within financial services, preferably Home Lending, Cards and Retail Services, Auto Lending, Personal Loans and Deposits
