- This position reports to the Executive Chef/sous chef.
- Position is responsible for the cleanliness of small wares, utensils, all kitchen equipment, all flatware and glassware used by Food and Beverage Department as well as floor cleanliness and trash removal.
- OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
- Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
