- The Client of Health and Human Services seeks a contract resource to act in the role of Disaster Recovery Analyst.
- This role is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, communicating, and managing the governance and execution of the business continuity disaster recovery management (BCDRM) for the Client portfolio.
- The application system is in the process of migration to the AWS cloud.
- The objective of the CBDRM program is to support IT systems' resilience and timely IT operations recovery following the occurrence of an outage or major disaster, such as cyberattacks, fires, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and pandemics that result in partial or complete disruption of business or IT operations.
- The Disaster Recovery Analyst role comprises activities to ensure that IT service recovery plans are fully developed and achievable by plan owners, support continuity of operations plan (COOP) development and training, and provide disaster recovery advice.
