- Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in rehabilitation, counseling, special education, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience in higher education environment Travel Required: Less than 10% Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
