- Responsible for overall management of Commercial Insurance's largest wholesale broker relationships, including improvement in profitability, growth and organizational understanding of broker operations and strategy.
- Facilitates consistent execution of strategic/tactical plans between brokers, the field and home office teams
- Coordinates negotiation and internal utilization of brokers tools (e.g., GRIP, Marsh Connect, WillPlace, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance operations including risk service, underwriting, sales and loss prevention operations, as well as marketing, underwriting and financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years commercial insurance sales, management experience, and in-depth knowledge and understanding of agent and broker operations.
