- We are seeking an experienced in-house lawyer with specialized experience in any of the following: renewable energy development, battery storage, solar, and/or EV charging industries to join our legal team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial scale solar and energy storage in the United States, with a background in project finance, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific legal contracting frameworks.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of transactions in the renewable energy space, including power purchase agreements, REC purchases, EPC contracts, asset management, joint development, M&A / joint ventures, and related agreements, as well as a strong background in general commercial contracting.
- Handle legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions in the specified industries.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
