- The Director, Trade Development is responsible for overseeing the assigned Business Management team and nurtures Trade Development Ways of Working (WoW).
- Masters the 5 Core Competencies: business planning, performance evaluation, product and inventory management, pricing and revenue management, demand planning/ forecasting/ budgeting.
- Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
- Provide oversite regarding Trade Development Ways of Working (WoW) around core competencies.
- Works cross-functionally with key stakeholders: Sales, Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Finance to ensure business plan is achieved.
