- The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources and supports the organization by developing solutions and innovative approaches in the design of compensation and benefits solutions and strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and develop a team of one direct report (Benefits Specialist).
- Work within ADP HRIS system for payroll processing, managing compensation programs and benefits administration.
- Drive competitive and attractive total rewards strategies that are cost-effective and consistent with market trends and aligned to Twin Disc’s business priorities.
