- Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Oversee all screening and pre-employment requirements and prerequisites, including, but not limited to testing, examinations, certifications, background checks, and fingerprinting.
- Assist the successful candidate, as needed, in the entire onboarding process, ensuring the candidate has access to New Hire Orientation, benefit and technology information, CCBC policies and procedures, and supervisory contact information.
- Develop policies, procedures, systems, and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the College’s acquisition, recruitment, and on-boarding processes.
- Work to fulfill CCBC’s commitment to diversity by collaborating with senior management and HR/Diversity staff to develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment and marketing strategies to attract and retain a well-qualified and diverse workforce for all categories and levels of positions.
