- Manage team focused on marketing business support for stores organization to drive best in class performance in opening new store locations, protecting store traffic share against competitive retail pressures and working to find turn key solutions to scale grassroots marketing partnerships
- Partner with Real Estate, Finance, Store Operations and Customer leadership stakeholders to evaluate marketing viability of proposed new store locations and cost analysis to budget for successful grand opening and sustainment efforts
- Oversee execution of strategic partnerships across sports properties and outdoor conservation groups
