- Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Office Leader will oversee an integrated design and construction team, and will report directly to the Regional Vice President.
- The expectation is the Office Leader would be physically present in the office a minimum of 3-4 days per week to drive the team and business, with some level of local travel to support project work and manage client relationships.
- The role of the Office Leader is to set and communicate the strategic vision and cultural atmosphere for the office, and further the integration of our businesses in both our internal and external endeavors.
- The Office Leader will be responsible for leadership and oversight of the Conshohocken office and achieving key business goals on a consistent basis.
- The expectation is that the Office Leader will have the motivation and passion for providing team leadership, business development, and growth of an integrated design and construction team.
