- The Office Leader will oversee an integrated design and construction team, and will report directly to the Regional Vice President.
- The role of the Office Leader is to set and communicate the strategic vision and cultural atmosphere for the office, and further the integration of our businesses in both our internal and external endeavors.
- The expectation is that the Office Leader will have the motivation and passion for providing team leadership, business development, and growth of an integrated design and construction team.
- The split of responsibilities would be approximately: 50% - Operations Leadership, supporting successful project delivery and in some cases acting as a Project Executive or Sponsor; 30% Client Development, involved in managing existing client relationships as well as securing new clients; 20% - People Leadership, managing Group Leaders and key project leadership staff in the office.
